Jessica Osbourne is the eldest daughter to Ozzy Osbourne. She is an unseen member of the Osbourne family but she is mentioned. Not much is known about Ozzy's eldest daughter other than she was the first out of Osbourne's children to have children.
Role in The Osbournes[]
Jessica is only mentioned once throughout the series, in Series 2's Smells Like Teen Spirits. In this episode Ozzy receives news that Jessica had given birth to a daughter which delight and shocks Ozzy as it meant he was a grandfather for the first time in his life.

- She is the only Osbourne to never make a physical appearance in the show, even Aimee makes a few cameos.
- According to the commentary, Jessica hates the Osbourne family, in particular Sharon and her children with Ozzy.
