Kelly discusses having a boobjob and mentions a girl known as Joanna who she mentions having "perfect tits" and wishing to have breast like her. According to Aimee Osbourne in the commentary, she claimed that Joanna was a stripper that Kelly met at Las Vegas during her birthday trip. Aimee was also very dismissive of Joanna so it's unknown if she really was a stripper, or Aimee being bitter, what is for certain is that Kelly did indeed meet her in Vegas.
