Sandra was mentioned by Sharon to have worked as a "fortune teller" and she had at least one daughter, Sarah. Sarah became good friends with Kelly Osbourne and Jack Osbourne.
However, as seen in Kelly Interrupted, Kelly became an addict to drugs and her lifestyle completely changed for the worse. Ozzy, Sharon and Jack suspected Sarah to have been an influencing factor in all of it. Sharon then had a phone call to Sandra forbidding either her or her daughter from ever seeing Kelly or visiting the home ever again. Sandra (based on Sharon's responses) was trying to defend her daughter but it didn't work.
